I purchased an Acom 2000 from Paul. I initially had some problems but Paul took care of everything quickly and effectively to including haveing the Amp returned to and serviced at Acom at his expense. He's a man of his word and a real pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

Thanks for the kind words. We all hear nightmares about the crook who "vanished" to the hospital after the defective equipment arrived. Somewhere along the line after a year in storage , a static buildup took out a rom chip in the 2000a. John received the 2000a one week before i was scheduled for major back surgery. After John and I spent countless time on the phone trying to sort out the "glitch" (2000a's sometimes are tempermental). We decided to send it to Will at Acom for some definitive answers. John did all of the leg work. I simply called Will and authorized him to do any necessary repair to get the 2000a back to "new" status. Will was terrific and I sent John a check for his part of shipping and paid Will for his expenses. Lots of happy people for a few bucks. My reputation is worth more to me than a few hundred $$ in shipping and repair.
