KP4CAT - Exer Morales - the bad seller

Has received TS-2000 from Exer Morales (KP4CAT).
Accepts only powerful stations with the included preliminary amplifier.
In a workshop have removed covers - all installation is filled in by a sticky liquid (beer or Cola). Ceramic the filter - are filled in, short-circuit.
I have written Exer a problem, have suggested to compensate at least half of cost of repair (nearby 60 usd).
It appears - he knew!

I just return from vacations and find your email. As my best knowledge
the radio has not any known issues. I'm not the original owner so i
DID NOT know if the previous owner perform any fixes to the radio. The
only thing that i noticed to the radio was that i always have to use the
radio preamp in on position, but this is a well known issue in the TS
2000 user community and that was the reason i decided to sell it. I read
that exist modification to this issue on the internet. The time i had
owned the radio i not perform any fixes to the radio.

Be careful - the having little education and dishonest seller. In the announcement of malfunction has not specified. Sold - as the excellent transceiver without problems.
