I have dealt with Peter W4IMD, this guy seems to be honest and did reply back to my e-mails on a timely manner. last mail from him was He was Happy and I was Happy . so I can say that sometimes even if someone may seem slow on shipping this guy is Honest and does ship the item and it is as he stated the condition of or better as I found in my Deal.So in my book Peter W4IMD is a honest man. so I recommend give him a chance. I did and was completely satisfied.
