I purchased a FT-1000D (upgraded FT-1000) from him. He stated in his
description that it was the 2000 version and sent back to Yaesu in 2001
for final upgrades. Per the sn and Yaesu it is a 1990 model. I wrote him about it and he refuses to do anything to make it right. He also told me about some scratches only on the side of the case. They were there but also on top
and side of the bezel. I feel he played with the wording and knowing deceived me. BEWARE

I was looking back through our emails ( I saved them) and i emailed him before I paid.
I will take it if.
It is a 2000 model
Scratches are only on side of case
and he could deliver by Friday.
The onle part that was true was it was delivered on Friday.
I have now filed a complaint with paypal.

I will not even justify getting into a lier lier match or he said she said thing here. the truth here is that he bought exactly what he paid for. he said not to worry about scratches on the case he had a new one. 2000 model. at any rate it is a shame that even after modifying the listing and going through everything that i did to try to make this a good deal even lowering the price here we are...I was advised that the listing seems to be in error and changed it (i saved my emails too and the listing b4 and after modification to remove any issues there might be with the add. you emailed and emailed and I answered and answered. there was not one lie in the whole mess. maybe some confusion on your part. I dont even know you so I answered every question as completely as possible. I spent all day emailing back and forth I am sure you had plenty of time to ask everything that you needed to ask. there it is ...... over
