This makes 15 months since Steve Blevins, KE4ZRJ has received my Kenwood TS 430s and failed to follow through with his "promise to send money orders". I thought maybe someone out there would know him and corner him about his non-payment status, but guess he is a non-entity. Just "buyer or seller beware" if you run into him - Dick WA4WIP

No contact with you, have you tried local authorities ?

Yep. tried everything - no one wants to help - so I am just hoping some ham out there will run into him someday and maybe find out what the problem is - of course, the problem is he has the radio and I have no payment - Dick WA4WIP
