Tom ordered two crystals from me at his offered price.

Once he received the two crystals he contacted me via an unclear email and stated he requested 6 instead of 2 crystals.

I explained to him what his email stated and what I shipped.

No big deal to me, if he expected more or there was a misunderstanding
on his behalf I offered him a refund once he returned the 2 crystals he received.

He did not want to go that route and is now complaining about the deal.

The ball is in his court, if he does not return the crystals I have no problem with that either after all he paid for them.

This will be my only post on this situation as I don't have time to waste as the obvious has been stated.

It would seem the buyer has over reacted and was not clear with their request of product and has no reason to post anything negative about this sale.

The seller was prompt to someone who was out of line, rude, and posted an unnecessary complaint.

One should take time and not make a hasty decision and slander of ones actions with out probable cause.

What is the issue when the seller offered a refund when the product was returned even though he is not obligated as the buyer obtained exactly what was in his email.
