roof tray tower

I am looking for a roof tower that I have seen in commercial statelite applications. It is roof mounted with an adjustable metal tray which lays on the peak of the roof. The tray is loaded with cinder blocks; the tray adjusts to the contour of the roof. There was a company called antennas west that used to market this tower; I believe they called it the porta tower.
