I purchased an item from Roger. It was packaged well, and sent quickly. Well the item arrived and it was not what I was looking for. I contacted the company to see if the item would work, they came back and said no. I contacted Roger, let him know. He refunded my purchase price and shipping, I sent the item back.
Even though it didn't work out, if Roger has something for sale I wanted, I would buy from him with no questions ask. He is a trustworthy ham. A + seller.
