I purchased a Ten-Tec 229B tuner from Russ. It arrived today, via FedEx, in excellent condition. Well-packed for shipping and looks and operates according to his description in his ad......better, actually. I am well-pleased with the transaction and recommend Russ to anyone looking to buy from him.
