Made a deal with another fine out of country ham, Manuel Antezana from Chili. Manuel, after emailing particulars accepted the deal on a Drake MN-2700 and deposited money via Pay Pal 4 days later as he said he would. The tuner is on it's way to Chili and hopefully will arrive 100%. Manuel works out of town often due to his mining engineer job. If you email and don't get responses immediatley don't fret, he'll answer when he gets home.
