and he sent me a photo with a portable inverter welding machine.

Then I asked if it was open on all bands and he said as follows:
Thanks for your email.Yes it is open to all band okay.i need your house address to calculate the shipping cost to your doorstep.hope to hear from you soon.Thanks

At this point I found it hilarious and dropped the contact.

Well my advice is beware....

Sounds like the scammer was getting his contacts mixed up...Funny ...
