I was very pleased with my dealings with Ray Allard. W1raa is honest, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a SGC-239 tuner from him and really enjoyed our phone conversation, he answered all my questions and even shared some history of the tuner. It arrived today and, I was very impressed with his packing, double boxed, bubble wrapped and styrofoam peanuts in both boxes! I recommend him. You can trust him completely. David Goodwin n4raa
