i listed my beautiful ftdx9000d pep, optional blue, for sale or trade. jeff contacted me with an offer that i liked. he lives as far east in nj as possible and i live in cincinnati. 8 hours apart. i did not want to ship a $10,000 rig and jeff did not want to ship his $6500 icom 7700. i had business in pittsburgh and we met there. his rig was "spotless mint as new" and all factory packing was also as new. he arrived with a cashiers check for the difference along with his lovely family. we had a terrific chat and had a great time. jeff is a#1 straight up honest and was a pleasure to meet and swap rigs. all in all we swapped $20,000 in rigs and cash. a wonderful experience. i hope we have an opportunity to do it again.

ps, the only bad thing about it was watching my beautiful rig go away, however jeff is giving it a good home
