I sent K9DZD, Monte F Keller a Postal MO for $85 to purchase an sp-6 speaker he advertised here on QTH. It has been over a month since I heard from him and he is not answering my e-mails.

Your episode is a perfect example of why buyers should phone sellers before buying...and only sellers with prior feedback. Hopefully your problem will turn out to be his computer crashed and he lost your name and address with it. I have a friend who considers himself a computer wizard and his computer dies once a week because he can't keep his fingers out of it!!

Tom:

Call the Fire or Police in Monte's town and ask them to do a "well being check" on him.

Hopefully the sight of either the Fire or Police in front of his residence will shock him into action.

Several people have had problems with Monte including me...and I did post it here..I hope you get your item, I did eventually...this guy has been doing this sort of thing for a while. He really needs to be banned from here. IMO Alan
