it was pleasure to watch dick byrd fix my broken alpha 76a today. i drove over to douglasville to drop the amp off .we took it in and he started working on it and got her going. i was treated like family dick is a outstanding alpha repair man had parts and rate was more than fair. if you have a sick alpha dick is the ALPHA MAN he will get it going. thanks dick for your kindness and concern about the work you done and for treating me like family. 73 de w4pig

Dick is the absolute BEST. He worked on my sick 78 a few years ago. The turn-around was quick, and his rates are extremely reasonable. He even drove across town to pick up a part from Allen Bond at Max Gain Systems to save me down time and round trip shipping - at no extra charge. He has always been available by phone or email for questions, even if there's no immediate work for him. After the repair he talked me through a minor problem and I got it solved, when I was considering having to send it back to him for more work. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone with an Alpha problem.
