Sent him a check for (3) items he had for sale and the agreement up front was that he was to pay for UPS insured shipping.
After the check cleared he sent (2) of the three items and conviently (forgot) to include the 3rd ($100 item).
He then informed me that it cost him $68.00 to ship the stuff he did send and wants me to send him more money before he will ship the other item.
I have a UPS account and checked rates from his zip to mine for the box I did receive....less than 1/2 of his claimed expense.
