Cecil Roberts AJ4MT scammer

Over i (one) month ago I contacted Cecil Roberts of Alexander City Al (AJ4MT} regarding a Kenwood TS430 S He advertised on QTH for the sum of $250.00.. I sent a postal MO to him, which He received and cashed 3 days later. Many e-mails have been egnored along with phone calls. I have since recd. papers from His city of Alexander City Al. to sue in small claims court. I also found He may have pulled same on another Ham site. He has 5 ads listed on QTH now. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS GUY. Larry N3MXF
