I bought my FC-20 from Paul Zora. It arrived looking as if it had come straight from the factory. As he trusted other folks, the FC-20 was in transit VIA UPS before he received my money order. Very honest person!!!!. Not only did he take time to talk about the tuner, he also took time to share his knowledge about other areas, i.e. antennas etc. I would definitely buy from Paul again. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. 73, Tom
