Transformer builder Jim Howell and refurral from Lou W1QJ.

I just had a transformer rebuilt, here is what happened.
I talked with Lou W1QJ about my problem and he recommended Jim W4LNI.
I called Jim W4LNI in FL with the problem.
I sent the transformer to him as requested.
He called me with the cost estament.
I said OK.
He repaired it, called me with the cost and sent it back.
All in about 9 days.
The repair bill was 25% less than he quoted.
Now that's how real customer service is done.
