Cesar KF6RNG, a pleasure to deal with him

I was just a little leary buying from Cesar as there was one unflattering post. I found quite the opposite. He was prompt to answer inquires and prompt and complete in keeping me informed about the transaction. The rig was exactly as he advertised. All went well with this transaction, and I would not hesitate to deal with him again. I found him to be an honest seller.
