Be careful doing anything with KG8YH Gary Morrison

I unfortunatly took this ham (KG8YH) for his word and his ad content (see below)
FOR SALE: Dentron RT-3000 Antenna Tuner
Nice,working Dentron RT-3000 tuner. Unit is in good shape and working 100%. Roller inductor is does not slip,counter works FB. In very good shape.300.00 shipped lower 48.

I asked for pictures but his response was:
Not able to take pics,but unit is ready to use with no issues. I have two of these units or I would not sell this one. Nice shape,working100%. You don't like the unit,send it back and I will send your payment back.
After receiving the RT-3000 it smelled like it had been in a fire, it had been repainted, capacitors are not original and the roller inductor is not original. In fact the roller inductor is put together with 2 hose clamps and a piece of rubber hose. I sent Gary the following email:
Received the tuner today and I can see why you didn't want to provide pictures.
Your ad said "Nice,working Dentron RT-3000 tuner. Unit is in good shape and working 100%. Roller inductor is does not slip,counter works FB. In very good shape.300.00 shipped lower 48."
The tuner is not in VERY GOOD SHAPE. How long has this unit been sitting around? Inducter put together with rubber hose and hose clamps and takes one hand to hold the unit while you crank with the other, operation & bypass switch is nearly impossible to turn by hand and the unit is filthy inside.
Gary, I hate to say it but you're the type ham that give others a bad name. You should be ashamed of yourself.
In a weeks time Gary has never responded to the email, therefore I am not about to send it back without Gary crediting my account 1st. I don't want to get screwed on both ends.
