The Transceiver worked 100% and I can verify that from the previous owner.
I offered Todd his money back and he agreed new tubes would be fine.
I sent him new tubes and answered all his phone calls. Todd even listed this radio after I sold it to Him on QTH for more money than what I sold it to him.
Becarefull dealing with this guy is is real flacky

If we are going to tell it ,then tell it all or don't say anything at all, two sides to every story Frank ,First you say the radio works good ,nothings wrong with it ,alc meter does not work right off the bat nor does the tubes you have sent me "there all bad" except the driver tube . So before you go calling me a "Liar" go look yourself in the mirror.I will not further comment on this subject other than I hope the 830 turned out better than this deal did.If we are going to sell stuff Frank be Honest & upfront case closed.
