I rec'd the following email today (cut pasted):

Payment is made via Western Union wire transfer or direct bank account.

There are several red flags here. 1st, there is a hotmail email address (dannnnyyyy_6@hotmail.com) which is virtually untraceable. 2nd, the Queen's English is butchered. That's something you just rarely find in the UK. 3rd, the price is just too good to be true (+ the offer of further discount for a LOT of $$ in his account). 4th, wire or bank to bank requirement. 5th, shipping and "assurence" is free.

These are some of the red flags that you can watch and avoid scams. If any of you want to buy some beachfront property in Kansas, the email address is provided for your use.
