Hello to all again....
I was not going to even reply about this until I read the enclosed letter from Steve. Well after months of waiting, I did receive the parts I needed from him to complete the installation, But with a complaint from him. I am going to attach the letter in whole. The following is his own words, NOT mine.
:I would have thought that for the $4.50 that you shorted my payment, you could have bought a few pieces of hardware from Lowes or Home Depot. The total for the items you claim are missing is less than the $4.50 you owe me. If you wonder why no replacement parts ever showed up, it is generally our policy not to ship to anyone that has a balance due. When you got your antenna, it was due to my overriding the computer so that your antenna would be sent. I see now what a mistake that was. I would have been better off returning your payment on your account. Regardless, it is Christmas season and after my last hospitalization, I have a different outlook on life. I realize you may have problems with your vision and probably it was a honest mistake. therefore, since I am recalling some of our booms (yours included) that went out, I have enclosed a new boom with all necessary hardware and instructions.: End of his letter with Holiday Greetings.
O.K, Now lets address these issues that he states. First of all, I paid the amount invoiced to me, And at no time during what small communications we had was there EVER a mention of a balance due of $4.50, Which I would have gladly paid. As far as my Eyesight, They work very well, And can see a B.-, Artist a mile off. It is remarkable that all of a sudden you can send off bad or missing parts, But you are not able to return phone calls, Or even answer your emails. What a Surprise.... You surely did not do as you stated you would do per our one time phone conversation, Where you promised me the missing parts would be sent out !!!!! The next day..., That was months ago. And to this date other than the parts you sent and I received today, (Dec-30), MONTHS after the transaction was completed, You now throw accusations of I cheated you of a measly $4.50. You are pathetic, This could have been resolved with just a simple email response, Or a phone call. Or just keeping your word. And Please do not act like you do not know what I am talking about. It is obvious you have seen and read my posts and the post from others. I consider this matter closed, And I am going to send you your lousy $4.50, Not because I have to, But to show you, I am a better person than you are. And I keep my word.

I hope you responded back to all the people you shafted with you products, And SUB STANDARD customer service, Have no fear, I will NOT do any type of transactions with you again, Plus I encourage others NOT to BUY from you.
