This is a true gentleman in the amateur hobby. I just finished a deal with Bill and could not have asked for a more stand up guy. I bought a TS950SD off of him but he did not want to ship because of the weight. I could not get there for two weeks and he held the radio for me and did not take any payment till I got there, even though I offered. Not very many hams like Bill left.
