I recently bought a Yaesu FT-50R from Sam. He shipped quickly and I received the radio on time. The add stated that the radio had a power button problem and sometimes you had to push it 3-4 times to get it to turn on. After pushing it 30-40 I got it to turn on once, then after I turned it off with one push, I never got it to turn on again after 100+ tries. Also, as soon as I opened the package the stench of smoke about knocked me over. If I had known he was a smoker, I still would've bought the radio, but it would've been nice to have a little 'heads up.' In the end, Sam did do everything he said he would, but I do feel he could've been a little more straight forward with how the button was and with the fact that he is a smoker (I never did ask if he was, so this is partially my fault).

btw. I did the super glue/ tin foil trick and the power button works flawlessly now.
