on the deal we made.Now he wont reply to my e-mails. Heres the last e-mail I

I worked overtime and was not able to get to the post office
yesterday
but i did drop it by our shipping department this morning so it will go
out
tomorrow afternoon (wednesday) and i ll get you a tracking number as
soon as
i get one

This guy has not been ripped off. if anything i was the one on the short end of the dealdoesent have them id suggest he check with ups. I sent his package via ups and have the tracking number to prove it. He was sent an email with the tracking number. What he fails to realize is that ups takes a bit longer with ups. I sent this guy 2 dual band ht s for a hand held scanner. The ht s werent in pristine condition but worked as they were supposed to. If he hasnt got them id suggest he check with ups. Bottom line, This guy expects things to instantly arrive and and doesent think about things like time it takes to ship things from one point to another and as for his emails i havent received anything from him since i sent him the number. I guess some people just want to have something to whine about. If anyone reading this wants to see the tracking number as proff i ll be glad to provide it for them.

Ripped me off. When asked about a tracking number from USPS, told me he didn't really have one. When I asked again, two days later, he sent me the shipping status (so he had tracking info). WHen I got the item, it was a junker, and no refund. I submitted a claim to Pay Pal, he lied his way out of it, I even offered to show them the scratched up, beat up, duck taped wiring, etc. but they never allowed me a chance to submit them before the claim was cancelled. So, I got screwed out of money and ended up with a door stop.

Guy has been scamming people for years, banned on QTH, QRZ and now Eham. Even responded to one of my other posts telling me he never got interested in amateur radio, but yet has a call.

I could go on and on with the lies and BS this loser spews. If someone responds to your posting without a call, avoid them. Period. This loser wouldn't tell me who he was, no phone number and I trusted him anyway.

Was I ever stupid. Let my guard down one time. Never ever again.

He will get his.
