KB2AA???

Ok guys I tried looking up this call on buck, qrz and one other Nothing found. Who is this guy anyone know? Heard on 17 meters daily and supposed to be in the Virgin Islands?
The amateur call KB2AA does not exist in the FCC license database.
Must be a pirate...
