I was searching for a sb-220 amp and found one that Bill was selling. After talking to him on the phone I knew I wanted to purchase the amp from him! Bill had sent me numerus emails and several calls throughout the transaction process. The way he packed the amp it could have been droped out of the plane and been fine.
