I just completed a transaction with Mr. Raab that involved a considerable
amount of money. At first a problem developed in which I, myself had never
encountered with the equipment involved and really didn't know what to tell
him, other than return the item for a full refund, or we could call the
manufacturer and ask them. He decided to call the company and explain
the problem and within seconds was walked through the corrective
procedure to fix it and is he ever happy. Now he can bust the pile-ups with
his 87-A without any problem. Thanks Ray.
