The T-368 listed here and on other sites by WA9QNN was sold to me on Ebay on June 29, 2007. Item 170124646732. 24 hours after the auction ended and he was paid via Paypal he arbitrarily returned my payment and has refused to communicate with me. Apparantly unhappy with the sale price he is refusing to honor his Ebay commitment.
