I sent Henry Clark $295 over two weeks ago for some hi-band cans. We agreed on a priced over the phone shipped. Its now been over two weeks and I have left acouple voice mail messages and e-mails with NO REPLY. Once he received the money Ive had no communications from him. He says he has a acouple of repeaters in the SE Kentucky area. Any help about contacting him before I go any futher contacting police and US Post Office would be helpful.

He runs a repeater down in KY with other ham and they have a web site for repeater! MIGHT WANT TO EMAIL HAM THAT RUNS REPEATER WITH HIM!
