I find it amazing that I must add another call sign in this forum to the growing number of ham operators with questionable ethics. I bought an antenna from Mr. Kris White and the last time I heard from him he was about to ship the item. Since then I have received nothing. He has not responded to my e-mails and the transaction is over a month and one half old. Because of this experience and one that I also had with another individual that sent me defective merchandise uninsured and when I returned it he deducted four times the amount he spent for shipping, I have reneged on another transaction from a person who may be a truly honest individual. I am not sure about how to proceed. I send the shipping money for Mr. White to use UPS. Maybe someone can give me some advise in his matter. Tnx.

Mr. White finally answered my e-mails and stated that unforeseen circumstances had demanded his full attention and that he wanted to make everything right. I understand about unforeseen circumstances and am also willing to make things right by retracting my earlier comments. Tnx again, Mr. White.
