Facts ; Don avertised a Clipperton L 8 + condition with 100 percent 572b tubes and 4 new 811a tubes for total 495.00. I sent 560.00 to cover price plus handling on Feb 17 2007 .Don recieved and cashed money orders on Feb 23 2007.Sent me a beat up amp two weeks later with no tubes. Now after several e-mails and unanswered phone calls Don tells me he has lost or can not find the 572b tubes and I should be patient until he figures it out. I asked for a reimbursement .no relpy!!! I think almost a month is enough time to complete a deal .I just do not want to see someone else go through this kind of run around ---Beware ----N1YPZ . I will post further info as I get it.

First of all, I donot believe I am seeing this posted to begin with. This guy thinks I live on the computer 24/7. I have never intentionally screwed anyone here or on any site. Check my feedback here, They are all 100%.
Now lets get down to the real story here. It is true that the 572b tubes were not shipped with the amp, A oversite on my son's part, And my fault as well. I stated to Eric, That as soon as I find them, I would ship them to him, Or I would buy a set of (4), And ship them also. NEVER did he say that the amp arrived not as I said it was, NEVER did he complain that it was not as advertised, Never a complaint at all, Other than the 572b tubes not being there. Agreed, They should have been there, But they were not, I told him I would get them to him, He wants it NOW, !!!!!!, Very impaitent. Understandable, But I assured him that I would take care of this, That was on Thursday, 8-Mar-07. Damn how fast do you think I am.???. I am in the process of getting some good 572b tubes for him, I hope that will do, Thats all I can do for right now.
I would have like to have know that the amp didnot get there as I said it would, It seems to me like you are trying to ad alittle more than the tube issue here. My question to you is very simple. "WHY DID YOU NOT SAY SOMETHING ALL THE TIMES YOU CALLED MY HOUSE, AND EMAILED ME".?. Hell you emailed me mostly everyday, !!!. Called and left messages on my machine, When I was at work,. You NEVER ONCE said anything to the fact that the amp was not as I said it was. NEVER. Now you post it here like I intentionally screwed you. ( YOU KNOW BETTER).
I will be glad to be done with you, You remind me of a old guy with to much time on his hands, And nothing more to do but complain, Thats what it seems like to me. I will resolve this as soon as I can. I will appologize to you for Not having the tubes there in the first place, But I told you of my surgury, And that I could not lift anything, You knew that. I emailed You on the 27-Feb-07, Stateing to you that I had recieved you money orders, And that I would be in the hospital for a few days, I kept you posted, When I got back home, I advised you that the amp would be going out by the weekend, I kept my word. But what is done is done.

Again I will restate, As soon as the replacement tubes get here, I will get them to you with the utmost speed,. I think I have been honest with you from the start when you notified me that the tubes were not there, You know that. Again, I am not on the computer 24/7, And I donot screw anyone, I Honor what I say I will do, Amp shipped on Mar-5, You got it on the 8th.Thats the bottom line !!!!

*****JUST FOR THE RECORD, YOU GOT THE (4) NEW 811 TUBES*****, You even told me you recieved them, You even asked me about the different operating voltages, I guess I'm lying about that too. Yet you state here that you recieved NO TUBES, Your own words, UPS Tracking Number # 1Z6149E00351367009, Confirms they were delivered to you. Seems I'm not the only person forgeting something. I donot lie, I tell it as it is. And as far as a reply, You got one, On Friday. Again, I told you that I would get it done A.S.A.P. I guess I'm not fast enough for you, Sorry.
