I purchased a used Kenwood TS-820S transciever from John recently and am very pleased with how the transaction went.
The heavy unit was superbly packed and arrived in great condition with no damage whatsoever. The unit fired up perfectly and has already worked a dozen or more countries. The unit was in the condition described-EXCELLENT.
Throughout the transaction, John stayed in touch and answered all questions asked promptly.
