Answered an ad by Wes Cline, KB9POM, in which he advertised a rig with all the filters(which was 2) - upon receipt of the rig and checking it out, I found only ONE filter. I asked Wes about it and he said that was what the fellow that sold him the rig said there was in it - 2. I suggested that he should have lifted the top cover and seen for sure what filters were in it before advertising as such. He asked me what filter was missing and I told him - even informed him of another filter that would work and sent a picture showing the missing filter space. After many, many, many emails with NO response and even making a phone call and leaving a message on his recorder asking him to return my call or at least email a respnse, I have heard nothing. Checking Wes on the internet, he seems like a nice person and I am wondering why he has not followed up on this? Has anyone else had a problem with him? I do not like to leave negative feedback, but feel in this instance, I have to just in case someone else out there deals with Wes. If he would resolve this problem, I would happily apologize for this feedback, but he just doesn't seem to want to respond.

Wow! After 3 months of emails back and forth and promises of money order to satisfy our discrepancies, we finally have closure - final payment received to satisfy our differences. Glad to know that even though it might take a while, that there are still hams out there that live up to their word. My original statements regarding Wes are hereby rescinded and taken back.
