N3VUK has not delivered

On Nov 1 2006 I sent a 65 dollar money order to N3VUK-Pernette Mills- for a cushcraft vhf/uhf dual band base antenna. The money order has been cashed but I have received nothing. He has a phone answering service and has not responded to numerous messages that I have placed on it. There was a previous complaint about him by Sparky and that was rebuted by 3 other hams that I took to be reliable. They owe Sparky an apology, they only allowed a scamer to scam again.
