I bought a KW ts-440sat and power supply from Al. The rig arrived not working. We both agreed that something happened during shipping. I had to do some repairs to get the rig working. Long story short, Al sent me a generous refund
Wish more hams could be as honest and as kind as him. I am proud to be part of the ham fraternity as long as there are decent fellows like Al in it.
