I PURCHASED TWO "TOP QUALITY" 3-500Z TUBES ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE DUDS. I RETURNED THEM AND HE WILL NOT MAKE GOOD. IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS GUY YOU NEED TO ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A SET OF DUDS. THIS GUY IS A DEADBEAT!! CAUTION.

This buyer "Fred" is not being honest about his purchase he bought a used set of Amperex 3-500Z tubes that sell NEW for $245 each and paid for $300 for both.
After his purchase he later he states he thought the tubes were NEW ! when the AD clearly stated they were used.

Also Tubes are like Tires for your car if you buy them used they will obviously have wear and use.
This person simply wrote "I will take the tubes ,no questions asked!" anyone buying a used set of tires or tubes I think any fair minded person would agree you ask questions and concerns BEFORE you purchase them not after !

Pay pal seem to also agree on this, further these tubes were well wrapped double boxed in original 3-500Z packaging and sent fully insured, tubes can be easily damaged he has used t them in his amplifier I have no way of knowing if he has damaged the tubes one way or another so I do not feel comfortable taking them back .

Chris, you need to take a good look at yourself in a miror. I am going to quote your AS on Eham word for word.

1. Where does it say "AS IS" in the ad above?

2. I guess I should of asked if they were good tubes, but I assumed that they were good tubes as you quoted them as be "TOP QUALITY ". and that I was dealing with a Honest person.

3. I tried these tubes in a Henry 2K4 and my TL-922 both test showed that there was only about 30 percent emission left in the tubes. 150 Watts of drive and 400 watts. The set of tubes were not useable as spares.

4. If you were a honest person you would of refunded my money as requested. The tubes are sitting in your post office at this time, they were shipped back in the same packing insured.

5. Paypal only will work with the buyers if a product is not received. They did not agree with you in any way.

So Chris do the correct thing and return my money as requested after all you do have the responsibility as the seller to make the deal right. I did my part now you do yours. By the way I have just about 500 deals on EBAY as Airway1 Please check me out and you will see I am a Honest person. In your case when I pay $300 for a set of tubes I expect to be able to use them, you sold me DUDS!!
