...I have been trying to get my $150.00 plus the $19.68 return shippingfrom KC5VCR for over 90 days ..I made a deal with him on QTH.....
.....He received his radio back on July 24 and I have never received my refund....
I got the radio from him and it did not work ...He said UPS must have broke it.. the box
showed no signs of being dropped or damaged... He said for me to open the radio up and check
for loose wire ...I did, no loose wire or damage.. I told him I wanted a
refund..He told me to return it to him and he would refund my money..
Here are the reasons that he emailed me why I have not got my refund..

His wife died..........Email dated July 31
UPS left it outside his door and it got rained on..He wanted me to make the
claim with UPS.. I told him that he had to make the claim because
he had the radio and they (UPS) would have to look at it.......Email dated Aug..12
He did not have the money and was going to sell his house and would pay me
then................Email dated Aug 31
Here's is his last Email to me.........U MAY NEED TO GET THE FBI INTO THIS TOO....TERRY....
The last email tells me that he is a SCAMMER .
Its been over 90 days since he got the radio back and I hope no one else got scammed by him
in that time. I waited that long in hope that he would do the right thing ...
