Beware of KO4HHY emdbamplifiers

I bought one of the 1500W lcd software controlled amps, I've spent four months trying to get it to work as advertised. All Victor will say is you bought it as is. Problems I've experenced:
1) First amp cooling fan screamed constaintly, returned under warrenty.
2) Second amp came in with no output on 40M, reported it within 1 hour of receiveing and was told no warrenty anymore cause I complained.
3) requested a full refund and was told no
4) cooling issues prevented the AMP from cooling below 65C with normal talking not running a net or anything as such.
5) found the software protections caused the 80M band to trip on any input on hardware SWR trip, so amp will not work on 80M because of his faulty Software protections.
6) these amps are setup incorrectly on the bias supply forcing them into Class C splatter mechines.
Victor refuses to fix his products and they are faulty and will not work at advertised. He is offended if you report a failure and beleives if you complaine your just mentally ill. I have many emails and photoes to go along with these issues I can share. Stay away from emdbamplifiers or you'll get ripped off.
