Andrea Simon, possible scammer

Received the usual email from Andrea Simon stating the following:
" Thanks for the fast response, my only mode of payment is a Cashier check, and i want to be sure and be trusted that when the funds clear your Bank, you will get it shipped same day, let me know if agreed ,get back to me with your full name and mailing address to enable payment reach you.Thanks Â
All the signs of a scammer, watch out her, or him, who knows who is at the other end of these emails. Be safe!
