Les was with the sale every step of the way. His communications were quick, he sent lots of pictures and movies, shipped extra quick and he's a very interesting guy to boot. I could tell from his QRZ that he was going to be a trustworthy seller and this was by far the most expensive piece of used ham gear that I have purchased. He definitely came through in every way. Loving the Flex 6700!
