After about 10 minutes after posting a WTB ad I get a text from a Kris Proctor phone # 910.239.4339 claiming that he had the radio I was looking for for a low price and showed valid pictures. I looked up KK4SIJ on qrz.com and was indeed a Kris Proctor but a different email address was indicated [email protected].

I asked if he accepted paypal and he said yes but only for friends and family which has no protection for the buyer and when I said no way, he texted me another email address [email protected] that he claimed would take regular paypal.com.

That is the same phone number as the scammer posing as W8PMR.
