How To Identify Kenwood Hand Microphones

Is there a reliable way to positively identify a Kenwood hand microphone?
Mine is used; but I have no idea whether it's a factory microphone.

I found nothing helpful inside the microphone case.

I want to replace the cable.

Kenwood hand mic's usually have a number on them. Such as, MC-43.
Any numbers on the mic?
