I agreed to a radio purchase with Jan and paid immediately via PayPal as requested. Two days later Jan informed me that he was reneging on the deal and issuing a refund. I didn't receive the refund immediately as I expected and after five days I inquired as to the status. Jan informed me that the refund had just been debited from his account and I should expect it the next week. I did finally receive the refund but I would caution you about any dealings with Jan N0JR unless you want to waste your time and have funds tied up unnecessarily.
