Another scammer

For reports of scammers using other people's callsigns. Remember that any callsigns listed in this forum are likely innocent bystanders (subjects of identity theft) and, thus, are probably not guilty of anything. For bad transactions with verified ham operators, use the Feedback Forum instead.

Another scammer

I posted a WTB and received an email that seemed fishy.
The email address was N1DLH_DANIEL@hotmail.com DANIEL DI MARTINO SR

This is the context:
Please advise if you found the item as listed in the subject or you are still looking?

Got the same response to my WTB ad for a Swan 100DX. I checked his IP address. He’s in Slovenia, not the QTH of the real N1DLH. I challenged him about being a scammer, and he had the nerve to come back and tell me I was being rude! Usually, when you challenge one of these creeps, they fade back into their cyberspace hole.
