I did a trade with him after emails and speaking on the phone with him.

He had an ad on qth.com looking for a trade for his h.f. rig, I offered my Paragon Ii in trade and we made a deal.

Immediately upon receipt, the rig was obviously defective in power output. He didn't want to trade back (I called him one hour after receipt per UPS website).
I sent rig to AES and it went to Factory.

Rig repaired, works perfectly, what is my issue?

I think he should reimburse me for 4 (four) shipping charges I incurred in getting the rig repaired. ( here-AES-ICOM-AES-Here)Otherwise it was covered under warranty. Stil, I am out about $90. Took about a month, too.

He will not respond to my emails They dont come back, so he must be getting them.

Yes, he DID send a rig, just be aware, he wont stand behind what he says, despite all of the Christian rhetoric which was spoken.

BTW, he says the rig has a ft1000 meter in it-don't see that in the ad, though-do you?


If you see this ad, ignore it. He got the Paragon from Me, it was perfect.

Sent me a 746PRO which was Dead on Transmit and 50 watts on 2 meters.
He never did refund me my shipping costs.
Ignores questions about it, but his email works from here...HMMM.
