Very polite and straight forward. I purchased a Mercury III amp and Mercury ATU from David. Both were packaged extremely well. All cables were neatly coiled and clearly labeled. We've stayed in touch since the purchase and he has helped me with a few things... If you're looking for an Elmer, David is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help.
