I purchased an amplifier from Don and he went above and beyond a simple sale. He has a lot of experience and knowledge that he conveyed to me in detail. I have never experienced a used item packaged for shipping so professionally. In the past, I shipped business phones and telecommunications equipment professionally, but Don did a better job of it! He was truly concerned that the equipment stayed safe during shipping. He was also concerned I connect the amp correctly to the radio and advised me on some precautions to take so I don’t damage my radio or the amp. I’m impressed all the way around! I look forward to not only doing business with Don again, but talking to him on hf and getting to know him better!
